About
Companies that use QuickBooks Online (QBO) can now connect ProntoForms to their QBO account. This connection can be used to pull customer, employee and product information into ProntoForms to populate lists in mobile forms. Data from submitted forms can then be pushed to QuickBooks Online to create invoices, estimates and timesheets that are automatically connected to existing customers and employees.

Fill Lists with Data from QuickBooks Online
QuickBooks Online data source data can be referenced in mobile forms through listed questions and then used to populate other fields. Each list will pull data to populate forms in the field. Choose from one of the Source List Types that can imported from QuickBooks Online:

Customer: Pulls customer name, company, address, phone number, email, balance, and ID.

Employee: Pulls employee name and ID.

Product/Service: Pulls product ID, name, description, and unit price.
Create Invoices, Estimates, and Timesheets in QuickBooks Online
When forms are submitted using ProntoForms, push the data to QuickBooks Online. This pushed data will produce invoices, timesheets and estimates in QuickBooks Online, and tie them to the referenced customer and/or employee.
- Estimate: Produces a custom job estimate that connects directly with data in QuickBooks online, and connects with a client, employee or contractor.
- Invoice: Produce a custom invoice that is connected to a client, and record the transaction information in QuickBooks Online for easy bookkeeping.
- TimeActivity: Records time for use with timesheets, and connect hours - billable and not - with clients, employees and contractors.
