International Telephone Number Support

By default, ProntoForms telephone number fields assume that North American standard numbers are being entered, and prefix a "+1" in front of all entered numbers.

In order to omit the "+1" when working with non-North American format numbers, simply enter a "+" in front of the number being entered.  This will preserve the formatting of the number entered after the "+", and will not prefix a "+1".
