Location services must be enabled for ProntoForms on your mobile device in order for Geo Location controls in mobile forms to acquire location information.
Android Users
Note: Exact instructions for your Android device may vary. Not all location options may be available for all devices. Some options may be found in a different settings menu.
- Access your Android Settings menu.
- Select Location Services.
- Turn on "Allow Access to my Location."
- Enable Wireless networks.
- Enable GPS services.

Hi Support team,
Our company use Janam XT1 which is android version 4.2.2.
The location access was enabled and GPS satellites also was enabled. However, ProntoForm kept failure of GPS stamp.
Please advise how the device show GPS location on the device and the report.

I am currently experiencing the same problem using the android version of the app. The android version will not grab GPS only coordinates when I am in the field and away from a network connection. This does not seem to be a problem however when I run the app on an iOS device. Is there a bug in the android app that prevents GPS stamping when not connected to a network?
