Cannot sign into the TrueContext application on your handheld device.
Error message
"Authentication Failed"
Possible Cause
User account is no longer active (Trial Expired).
Steps to Resolve
If you were using TrueContext under a free trial, it is possible that the trial period has expired, resulting in the error above. Your company's TrueContext Admin must follow the steps to ensure that your trial is still valid.

Navigate to http://live.prontoforms.com

Sign in with your username and password.

Check the days remaining on the top right-hand side of your screen.
- If your trial has expired, activate your trial account by purchasing TrueContext.
