Forms are locked when someone editing it could cause serious issues. Forms are often locked due to:
- Complex destinations involving the use of Unique IDs.
- Connected analytics projects.
- Custom PDF document connected to the form (this is the most common).
Editing question data types, control types, or question labels can break any of the above.
For a form with a custom configuration set up by the ProntoForms Sales or Professional Services team, contact your account manager to unlock the form. For a form automatically provided to a new customer on sign up, contact Support or Sales (1-888-282-4184) to unlock the form and remove the custom PDF document attached to it.
