Issue Symptoms
An error message is returned from the client's HTTP server while uploading a form submission. Clicking on more details for the data record failure in the TrueContext portal will show the following details:

Conditions
This can occur when a very long filepath (i.e. folder and or filename) is defined which exceeds the target WebDav server's character limit.
Resolution
Update your WebDav data destination to reduce either the filename (check the DREL expression) or the folder names along the filepath.
