We are excited to introduce two powerful features to streamline your workflow and empower your teams: 

Group Dispatching

Available only in the Enterprise tier.

Group Dispatch enhances the dispatching functionality by enabling work assignment to a group of users or an entire FormSpace rather than a specific user.

Key aspects:

• Allows dispatchers to dispatch work to Users or Groups.
• Allows frontline workers to view available work in a Group Inbox on their mobile app.
• Enables field technicians to claim dispatches, removing them from the pool of available work for other users.

Key benefits:

• Supports self-organizing teams and dynamic allocation of work.
• Enhances efficiency through work bundling based on proximity.
• Enables priority-based queues for service delivery.

Can Manage Assignments Permission

This permission gives User Dispatching access in all tiers (Essentials, Advanced and Enterprise), and Group Dispatching access in the Enterprise tier.

This new FormSpace permission is designed for dispatchers in all tiers.

Key aspects:

• Allows dispatchers to create and dispatch work to users and groups.
• Enables monitoring and reassignment of work.

Key benefits:

• Prevents the need for admin privileges to perform dispatching actions.
