Question
I have a question label set up correctly in the "form labels to extract" part of my email data destination, and a valid email address has been input for that question. Why is an email not being sent to that address?
Answer
Check the question data type, it must be set to "email". If another data type is selected, such as "text", no email will be sent.

I have checked the question data type, and I have "email" selected but the form still is not sending the email.
Hi Chris, if you have the email type selected and the email is not being sent to the indicated address(es), please open a ticket with our support team and give them the details so that they can investigate further.
