If you are experiencing issues with dropdown questions being blank when attempting to fill out a form please read the content below.
If the dropdown question on your form seems to not be populating, please follow the steps below:
- Try to reconcile the Pronto Forms app, this is the icon that has two arrows going in a circle rotation. If this does not solve the issue, proceed to step 2.
- Try resetting forms on the Pronto Forms application. This can be done by clicking Settings> Advanced Settings> Reset Forms. Please allow a few seconds before opening the form again.
