Question

In a custom PDF document using the Handlebars template, the referenced form submission data doesn't get displayed in the output PDF document. However, the "preview" option when choosing a specific sample submission displays the referenced data. Why does the data not get displayed for an actual form submission?

The data getting displayed in the "Preview" window means that the template code used to reference the data from the Form Submission is correct. For the data not displaying in the document for an output form submission, check the configuration settings for the PDF document and ensure that the questions, sections, and pages that contain the referenced data are not set to hidden in the document settings.
