If you are looking to ensure the name of the File Upload answer within your Submission comes through on the Document, then you will need to:
- Navigate to the Answer Format section on the Document page
- Turn on the field that states Show Attachment filenames in the document.
Note: This section is not to be confused with the area above this titled Show photos, sketches, and signatures in the document' which will ensure all photos and other attachments come through on the Document.
As long as this field is turned on the File upload field will come through with the filename.
