Question
If I have a lost or broken device, is there a way to recover my partly-filled draft form submissions?
Answer
If a device is lost or broken (i.e unable to access your Forms or settings), then there isn't a way of recovering drafts or in-progress forms as they are stored natively on the device. If your Forms were in the Sent folder at the time the device was broken or lost than they are likely on our server and can be accessed and potentially sent back for edits if need be.
If the Forms were in the Drafts or were in progress at the time the device was lost or broken than they will have to be restarted on a new device.
