ProntoForms is pleased to announce the launch of a new feature: Signatures in Customer Feedback Forms.
Digital signatures are a critical concern for field service teams who are digitizing their business. Capturing digital signature questions in customer feedback forms enables better auditability and accountability with existing and new service workflows.
Now, those who access customer feedback forms in a web browser on their own devices (such as from a PC) can add a signature in the same way as on a mobile device. Including the signature question type means that you can now gather acceptance and acknowledgement of service workflows using the existing customer feedback forms capability. Signatures are included in a document generated after submission, and can even be extracted and included in an email as a separate attachment.
Digital signatures enable fully contactless workflows, allowing Service teams to avoid handing over a mobile device at the site to record acceptance. Teams can stay safe and compliant without sacrificing accountability or traceability of work completed.
