Different regions may use different characters to separate integers from fractional values. For example, some regions use a comma (,) as a decimal separator rather than a decimal point (.). ProntoForms supports different characters as separators so that you can input data the way that you're used to.
Your operating system controls these settings, both on Windows and iOS/Android. In order to utilize the regional format of your choice, you may need to change your Windows regional settings.
Once you submit a form, we convert the data to our standard format, which is a decimal point for a decimal separator and a comma for a thousands separator:

Change your Windows display language

From Windows Settings, choose Time & Language:

Select Language, and then change your Windows display language to a country that uses comma as the decimal separator. For a list of these countries, go to the Wikipedia article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decimal_separator#Hindu-Arabic_numerals
Many countries have an English option. Choose one of these options to display your Windows system in English while applying the regional formatting for other items like currency and decimal separators. For example a German user can select English (Germany). - Select Region, and change your Regional Format to match the Language you set above.
- Restart the computer to ensure that the settings take effect. This can sometimes take a couple of minutes while your computer reboots.
