About
Pronto Admins can update the user information, including the username, of all users on their team. These changes are made through the web portal at http://live.prontoforms.com.
Note: Mobile-only users and Users cannot change their usernames and must contact an Administrator to request a username change.
Update Username

From the Users & Groups drop-down in the main menu, hover over List Users.

Select the desired user that you wish to edit. This will bring up that user's profile.

From the drop-down menu beside the current username, select Update.

Update the username in the Account tab.
- After applying the desired changes, select Update.
