About
Some errors will require users to send logs from their mobile app. This can be done in app Settings.
Note: Please only send logs when they are requested by support personnel.
Send Logs
Before sending logs to support, you must have a Support Ticket Number. This will be supplied to you by your contact at TrueContext support.

Access app Settings.

Select Advanced Settings (iOS):

Advanced Settings(Windows) -
Under the Diagnostics heading, select Send Logs to Support.
Please note that the Support personnel might ask for various level of logs such as Info, Debug, or Trace. The required level of logs can be changed from the header labeled as 'Log Level' shown in below snapshots.

Send Logs to Support(Windows): - Select your preferred e-mail app and outgoing address, add your Support Ticket Number to the subject line, and hit Send.
