Your TrueContext username and password are used to login to both the mobile application and the TrueContext portal. These are set by your team administrator, TrueContext support, or your wireless provider when your user account was created. View instructions on changing your password here.
Note: Support cannot change, reset, or provide your user account password.
If you have lost or forgotten your username or password, there are several ways to recover your account information.

On the App: From the TrueContext Mobile login screen, select the Forgot Password? link (located below the Login to TrueContext button).

On the Web Portal: From the login screen of the web portal, click on Lost Username or Password. Alternatively, click here to recover your account. An email will be sent to the email address listed on your user profile, containing your username and instructions for setting your password.
