About
All users are capable of changing their own password. Users can change their password through the TrueContext web portal at http://live.truecontext.com, or directly from their mobile device (iOS and Android Users only). TrueContext administrators also have the ability to change the user password of any member of their team from the portal.
Note: Due to password changes affecting the login credentials for both the mobile and TrueContext web portals, users who change their password will be unable to submit forms until they re-login using the correct credentials.
