About 

Location services must be enabled for ProntoForms on your mobile device in order for Geo Location controls in mobile forms to acquire location information.

Enable Location Services

• Access your iOS Settings through the gray gear icon on your home screen.  
• Select Privacy.
• On the following screen, tap on Location Services.
• Ensure the Location Services switch is "on."
• Find ProntoForms in your list of Apps, and ensure the switch for ProntoForms is "on" as well.
